All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS with various selections available in the “Shopping Cart” drop down menu. Please note that all orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving and will be shipped after that time. Orders over $200.00 qualify for "Free Shipping" (except ATV tires & rims and international orders) and are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed Ex or USPS Parcel Post. These orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 days after processing but sometimes can take from 5 to 7 days. We offer overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery for parts and accessories in the "Shopping Cart" drop down menu at an extra cost. Please indicate in "Shipping Note" section of order if expedited shipping is required for orders over $200.00 and these will be billed separately. Pit bike and ATV orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 days after processing. Pit bikes and ATVs are delivered curbside or to loading dock. Sufficient personnel should be available to offload item(s) from truck. All oversized, heavier items (over 70 lbs.), hazardous items and pit bikes will be shipped via ground shipping or freight truck. Some items may not calculate correctly for shipping costs; however, you will be notified should these costs vary. Please call us for special pricing on multiple bike orders.

All international order requests must be submitted via the form on our "Contact Us" page on our website and paid for through Pay Pal. Include in the form your mailing address, description of item you are looking to purchase and price of item. Once we have determined the shipping cost you will be sent a "Pay Request" from Pay Pal. Once the "Pay Request" has been funded the item will be shipped. International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 days and are delivered via USPS or UPS. Minimum amount for international orders is $50.00 and can only be paid for in US dollar currency. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes as we are not aware of every country's import regulations. Free shipping only applies for orders within the lower 48 US states. We do not ship pit bikes or ATVs outside the US lower 48 states except for Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Hawaii. Please e-mail or call us for a shipping quote to these areas fro ATVs and Pit bikes.

The shipping cost for ATV tires and rims in the "Shopping Cart" is only an estimate. Once the actual shipping cost is determined you will be billed seperate. Cost is approximately $11.00- $23.00 per tire and $6.00- $10.00 per rim to ship. This is done to ensure our customers are getting their ATV tires and rims at the lowest price available. We do not charge extra or add to the actual shipping costs. Please give us a call if you need a shipping cost estimate for these items.

All items should be insured for their full purchase value when shipped. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for problems associated with the shipping company or acts of God that may cause delivery delays. If possible, we will seek alternate means for items that can’t be delivered by our usual carriers in the normal delivery time frame.

It is the customers responsibility to check all grips, bolts, screws and other fastners to make sure that they are tight before attempting to ride their new pit bike or ATV. In addition, check all fluid levels to make sure they are adequate before riding. Note, that this sholud be a common pratice exercised before every ride of your pit bike or ATV.

Orders must be for $30.00 or more for domestic and $50.00 or more for international. All transactions are to be made in US dollar currency.

We accept, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, money orders, checks, wire transfers, Pay Pal and COD. Please call our office for orders that are to be paid for by Pay Pal, money order, check, wire transfer and COD. (Toll free 866-841-4206). Checks, money orders and CODs must be mailed to our corporate headquarters and clear before orders are shipped. International orders can only be paid for through Pay Pal.

All Hazardous materials such as oils, aerosols and cleaners must be delivered by way of ground shipping. Hazardous materials may be shipped separately from other express delivered items for an additional shipping fee.

Customers are responsibe for fitment of parts and accessories before ordering.

Customers are allowed to exchange parts and accessories within 15 days as long as they are not used, damaged and are in their original manufacturer packaging. Pit Bikes are not returnable. Items can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge, if applicable. Customers can chose either store credit or a return of funds. All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 561-337-9214 before items can be returned. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason due to costs associated with the immediate processing of orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in listings or items being out of stock. Please feel free to call and check if your item is in stock.

Manufacture’s warranty is the only warranty applies to item(s) purchased. Please be advised that we do not warranty items sold but will assist if in processing of warranty issues. Pit bikes and ATVs have a manufacturer warranty for parts. This warranty is dependent upon the manufacturer brand and model. Please see the specific brand and model for warranty information.

Customers are responsible for immediately checking their order to ensure that there are no damages and the order is correct. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the shipper and XTPOWERSPORTS immediately upon delivery if there are any damages to the shipping container that might affect the item(s) within. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) that are damaged while being shipped. Please report all orders that are incorrect or damaged immediately.

Please note that we do not send out tracking numbers for orders. If a trackiing number is needed please feel free to give us a call 866-841-4206.

Item(s) that are not deliverable or refused delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all associated shipping costs.

Orders that have partial items that are backordered will be sent as a complete order when all items are received for shipping. You may call to have item(s) not on backorder be sent immediately however additional shipping charges may apply.

We reserve the right to correct or update any price changes made by our distributors or correct any discrepancies made to this website as a whole.

All orders must have a physical address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO.

Most Pit Bikes come 90% assembled and require only a minimal amount of assembly. Please check and tighten all bolts and fastners when you receive your pit bike.
