All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving. Domestic orders are usually delivered  within 3 to 5 days via UPS Ground, Fed EX or USPS Parcel Post after processing but sometimes can take from 6 to 7 days. International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 days via USPS or UPS. For domestic orders we offer overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery for parts and accessories in the "Shopping Cart" drop down menu. Please indicate in "Shipping Note" section of order if expedited shipping is required for orders over $200.00 and these will be billed separately. Pit bike orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 days after processing.

 

Yes. All international order requests must be submitted via the form on our "Contact Us" page on our website and paid for through Pay Pal. Include in the form your mailing address, description of item you are looking to purchase and price of item. Once we have determined the shipping cost you will be sent a "Pay Request" from Pay Pal. Once the "Pay Request" has been funded the item will be shipped. Free shipping only applies for orders within the lower 48 US states. We do not ship pit bikes or ATVs outside the US lower 48 states except for Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Hawaii. Please e-mail or call us for a shipping quote to these areas. Minimum amount for international orders is $50.00. Please call us for special pricing on multiple bike orders.

 

All orders over $200.00 qualify for "Free Shipping" (except ATV tires & rims and international orders) and are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed EX or USPS Parcel Post. All orders under $200.00 and orders that require overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery have shipping costs available in the “Shopping Cart” drop down menu. Customers are allowed to return items as long as they are not used or damaged and are in their original manufacturer packaging. Items can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge, if applicable. Customers can chose either store credit or a return of funds. All returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 561-337-9214 before items can be returned. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, money orders, wire transfers, Pay Pal, checks and COD. Please call our office for orders that are to be paid for by Pay Pal, money order, check, wire transfer and COD. (Toll free 866-841-4206). Checks, money orders and CODs must be mailed to our corporate headquarters and clear before orders are shipped. All international orders must be paid for via Pay Pal in US currency. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason due to costs associated with the immediate processing of orders.

 

Domestic orders must be for $30.00 or more and international orders must for $50.000 or more. Please note that this minimum dollar amount does not include the shipping cost.
